The main duties of the role include but are not limited to:
•    Frontline customer service & support
•    Concierge duties
•    Internal & external patrols
•    General security duties
•    Control Room

Key competencies to include:
•    Excellent presentation
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Previous experience in security
•    Experience in managing difficult customers
•    Be able to work in a team and independently

Essential requirements:
•    Current Victorian Security license
•    Current Victorian Drivers license
•    Current First Aid qualifications
•    Flexible approach to working varying shift patterns
